Abstract: Based on practical experience, a detailed description was made on the key element of magnetic particle testing for servo-control rod of airbus A320 elevator, on the developed inspection technology and on the sensitivity verification and analysis of the evaluation results. It was found that the cracks and nut installation was overlapped, which might provide reference for following up routine maintenance inspection.
