Abstract: In this article, we conducted experimental analysis on existing inspected cases and found out the causes that led to yellow rusty spots appearance of the titanium alloy parts surface; meanwhile some actions were taken immediately so that the phenomenon no more occured while doing fluorescent penetrant inspection.
