荧光渗透检测中使用LED黑光灯出现异常原因及应对措施

The Abnormal Reason and Solutions for Attention on Using UV-A LED Light during Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection

摘要: 就磁通公司EV5000型LED黑光灯配备ZWB2型滤光片的相关问题开展了对比试验, 试验结果表明, 黑光灯配备滤光片后, 能够有效减少背景光干扰, 降低黑光灯漏白光照度及黑光辐射照度。另外, 还阐述了LED黑光灯使用过程中的注意事项, 以供同行参考。

Abstract: This paper introduced the differences when using the EV5000 UV-A LED light in FPI, with or without ZWB2 filter. According to the experiment results, the unexpected background light can be decreased significantly while using the ZWB2 filter. The intensity of UV-A light and visible light can be decreased as well. The points for attention on this usage were also introduced in this paper.
