焊缝根部及近根部垂直面积型缺陷的超声检测

Ultrasonic Examination for Planar Defects Perpendicular to Examination Surface at or near the Weld Root

摘要: 超声波检测对接焊缝时, 根部缺陷的检出比较困难, 而与被检焊缝表面垂直的根部与近根部的面积型缺陷的检出更加困难。依据超声波检测基础理论, 并结合多年实践经验, 总结出一套根部与近根部的面积型缺陷的评定方法, 供业内同行借鉴与参考。

Abstract: When a butt weld is examined by ultrasonic test, it is difficult to detect the defects near weld root, and even more difficult to detect the planar defects which are perpendicular to the examination surface at or near weld root. According to ultrasonic basic principle and the many years′ experience, the authors conclude a method for effectively judging the planar defects at weld root and near weld root. The paper provides a reference for people working in the same field.
