基于X射线成像系统偏心角透照工艺的电缆缺陷检测

摘要: 针对电缆内部缺陷难以检测的问题, 利用X射线数字成像系统(以下简称DR), 通过合适偏心角度透照电缆缺陷并利用软件合成图像来判断缺陷特征。通过模拟现场设计不同特征的电缆缺陷, 采取合适的偏心角度透照技术进行试验, 对不同特征的电缆缺陷进行分析。将检测结果与实际的缺陷尺寸进行对比, 基于DR偏心角的电缆缺陷尺寸检测能有效提高电缆缺陷检测的精度, 为实际工程应用中对电缆内部缺陷特征的分析和后期的维护保养提供了可靠依据。Abstract: In this paper, the difficult to detect cable internal damage problem is solved by the use of X-ray digital imaging system (hereinafter referred to as DR) through a suitable eccentric angle lens according to the cable damage and by using software to process the composite image to determine the damage characteristics. By simulating different site design features of cable damage, an appropriate eccentric angle transillumination technology experiment for the different characteristics of cable damage analysis was undertaken. By the comparison with the actual defect size, it is found that the DR based eccentric angle cable defect detection can effectively improve the cable damage detection accuracy for the practical application of the cable internal damage characteristics analysis and can offer a reliable basis for post-maintenance.
