    基于空气耦合超声的导爆索断细药检测

    Detection of Broken and Weak Points of Detonating Cord Based on Non-contact Air Coupled Ultrasonic

    • 摘要: 导爆索断细药的检测方法多为接触式,存在有安全隐患、检测效率较低的问题,提出了一种基于空气耦合超声的导爆索断细药检测方法。通过对药芯的非接触检测实现对断细药情况的快速测量。使用空气耦合超声检测法可有效提高导爆索断细药的检测效率和检测精度。

       

      Abstract: The detonating cable fault detection methods are mostly of contact type and these methods have hidden danger and the detection efficiency is low. In order to solve the above problems, this paper presents a new method based on air coupled ultrasound for the detection of the broken and weak points,through the non-contact detection of the drug core of the detonating cable the broken and weak points could be quickly found. Experimental results show that the method can effectively improve the detection efficiency and precision of the real-time detection of the broken and weak Points.
