    特种设备在役螺栓超声相控阵检测成像影响因素

    Imaging Influence Factors of Phased Array Inspection for Special Equipment Bolts In-Service

    • 摘要: 在分析螺栓超声检测原理与方法的基础上,结合在役螺栓超声相控阵检测的实际情况,通过螺栓试样超声相控阵检测成像图的分析比较,讨论了影响检测结果的主要因素,包括扇扫角度选择、检测位置、当量反射体大小和当量反射体位置对检测结果与成像的影响分析,为在役螺栓超声相控阵检测工艺及方案的制订提供了依据。

       

      Abstract: This paper, based on the analysis of the principles and methods of the ultrasonic testing of bolts and combining with the actual situation of ultrasonic phased array inspection of bolts in service, aims to discuss the main factors affecting testing results via the analysis and comparison of the phased array inspection for bolt samples. The influence factors, which include sector angle selection, detecting position, equivalent reflector size and equivalent reflector position, are discussed and therefore hoped to become the basis for formulating the procedures of ultrasonic phased array inspection of bolts.
