    交流电磁场检测激励频率的有限元模拟优化

    Optimization of Excitation Frequency in Alternating Current Field Measurement Based on Simulation

    • 摘要: 在交流电磁场检测(ACFM)技术开发过程中,由于试验条件限制无法对不同材料的大量裂纹进行逐一试验,如果采用数值模拟的方法代替试验可以节省工作量。以COMSOL多物理场仿真分析软件为工具,建立ACFM检测过程中的电磁场分布数值模型,并进行求解,分析了ACFM检测中激励频率对不同深度裂纹的敏感性,提出了ACFM检测中对非铁磁性金属检测的激励频率的优选方法。

       

      Abstract: In developing alternating current field measurement (ACFM), it is hard to test large number of cracks and different materials one by one. A lot of time and workload can be saved by using numerical simulation method instead of tests, and also the former can provide technical guidance for the developers. A numerical model for electromagnetic field distribution in the process of ACFM detection is established and solved by using COMSOL Multiphysics simulation analysis software. The sensitivity of crack detection by ACFM at different excitation frequencies was analyzed. An optimizing method of the excitation frequency in ACFM detection was presented.
