Analysis and Correction of Common Wrong Operation in the Penetration Testing of Cast Steel for Supercritical Steam Turbine

摘要: 介绍了大型超临界汽轮机铸钢件渗透检测过程中，检测人员常见的错误操作方法，分析了这些错误操作方法可能带来的严重后果，并且给出了相应的正确操作方法。

Abstract: This paper describes the dye penetrant testing process for large supercritical steam turbine castings, elaborates some common erroneous penetration operation method by testing personnel and tells the possible serious consequences of penetrant flaw detection caused by the wrong operation method. Finally it shall point out the correct penetration testing method.
