涡流检测冷凝器薄壁钛管管壁凹陷程度的评估方法

摘要: 目前普遍采用内穿涡流检测法对核电机组冷凝器的薄壁换热钛管进行在役期间检测, 而管壁凹陷则是在役期间最常见的管壁损伤类型。对特制的凹陷样管进行了涡流检测, 将信号幅值与凹陷面积进行了对比。结果显示: 信号幅值与管壁凹陷面积大致呈线性关系, 并据此提出了一种用涡流检测幅值来评估管壁凹陷程度的定量方法。Abstract: Thin-walled titanium tube is widely used as heat-exchange tube in nuclear power plant, and nowadays the inner ET testing is wildly used in titanium tube in-service inspection. In this paper we tested the sample tube with dents by ET tester, and made a comparison between the results, and then we found the linear relationship between signal amplitude and the dent area. Based on that, we provide a method to evaluate the dent degree of tubes quantitatively.
