    一种碳纤维复合材料X射线穿透曲线的绘制方法

    Drawing Method of X-ray Penetration Curve of the Carbon Fiber Composite Materials

    • 摘要: 提出了一种碳纤维复合材料X射线穿透曲线的绘制方法。首先确定了最佳机械系统参数, 然后找到碳纤维复合材料的最佳X射线穿透率, 以此为基准确定不同厚度碳纤维复合材料对应的检测电压, 从而完成了复合材料X射线穿透曲线的绘制, 并得到了拟合公式。利用该方法获得的X射线穿透曲线, 对碳纤维复合材料数字射线成像最佳检测参数的选择具有重要的指导作用。

       

      Abstract: The article proposes a drawing method of X-ray penetration curve of the carbon fiber composite material. First, the best mechanical system parameters are determined. Then the best X-ray penetration rate of the carbon fiber composite material is found. And on this datum the X-ray penetration curve of the carbon fiber composite material and the fitting formula are obtained. The penetration curve obtained by this method has an important guidance function for choosing the optimum detection parameters of the fiber reinforced composite by the X-ray digital radiography.
