Gap Measurement between Steam Generator Tubes and Anti-vibration Bars Using Eddy Current Inspection

摘要: 蒸汽发生器传热管与防振条的间隙会影响传热管的微振磨损。以CPR1000机组55/19B型蒸汽发生器传热管和防振条为例, 利用旋转探头分析涡流信号与间隙距离之间的关系。结果表明, 涡流电压幅值与间隙距离间呈单调下降趋势, 可用EXCEL多项式曲线拟合, 使用时需要对曲线适当修正。Abstract: The gaps between steam generator tubes and anti-vibration bars will affect the tube vibration wear. In this study, taking CPR1000 unit type 55/19B steam generator tube and anti-vibration bar as experiment model, rotating probe was used to establish the relationship between eddy current signal and tube-to-AVB gap. The results showed that the monotonic decrement of eddy current voltage amplitude with the increase of the gap could be represented by the EXCEL polynomial curve and the optimization of the curve was needed before its usage.
