摘要: 民用核安全设备无损检验人员的资格管理是关系到核电站安全稳定运行的一个重要环节。在介绍当前民用核安全设备无损检验人员资格管理工作主要内容和特点的基础上,对民用核安全设备无损检验人员资格管理及培训工作在法规标准建设、培训方法和管理制度以及经验反馈体系搭建等方面的现状和问题进行了探讨,并提出了有参考意义的建议。

Abstract: Qualification management of nondestructive testing personnel on the civil nuclear safety equipment is related to the safe and stable operation of the nuclear power plants. According to main contents and features of the current civil nuclear safety equipment nondestructive testing personnel qualification management, the paper studies and discusses the regulations construction, training methods and management system and the experience feedback system and so on.
