The Application and Development of Detection of Composite Materials by X-ray Nondestructive Testing Techniques

摘要: 论述了X射线检测技术在复合材料检测中的研究进展。着重介绍了近几年来国内外利用不同的X射线检测技术对不同种类复合材料的检测现状, 并对检测结果进行了分析; 最后, 根据目前国内X射线检测技术的不足及存在的问题, 结合复合材料检测的质量要求, 对未来的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: The X-ray detection technology in detection of composite materials is reviewed. The detection by different X-ray detection technology used for different composite materials at home and abroad in recent years is mainly introduced and the detection results are also analyzed. Finally, according to the shortcomings and the problem of X-ray detection technology at home, combined with the requirements of the detection quality of composite materials, the future development trend of this technology is pointed out.
