The Reason of Excessive Fluorescent Background and the Pre-process Testing for Sheet Part

摘要: 某板材冲压零件表面检测时, 出现荧光背景过度而使得缺陷的可识别度大大降低的问题, 针对此问题进行工艺试验, 分析了荧光背景过度的成因, 并依据成因制定出了合理而有效的预处理方法。

Abstract: Aiming at the technique problem of the obvious decrement in defect distinguishing capability because of the excessive fluorescent background for batch stamped sheet part(s), this paper analyzed its cause by using process-testing and proposed a reasonable and effective pre-processing method.
