Effect of Concentrate Location on Acoustic Emission Severity Estimation for TC4 Titanium Alloy Ring Pressure Vessels

摘要: 通过对TC4钛合金环形压力容器声发射数据的统计分析, 结合容器自身的形状特点和定位方式, 探讨了定位结果对声发射严重性级别评价的影响规律, 总结了定位集中度级别划分的依据和原则。通过例证说明了在对环形容器进行声发射严重性评价时, 需根据定位集中度级别灵活应用相关判据。Abstract: According to analyzing acoustic emission data of TC4 Titanium Alloy Ring Pressure Vessels, combined with the structural characteristics and types of location, the effect of concentrate location on acoustic emission severity estimation was addressed and the way to distinguish concentrate location level was summarized. The paper brings some examples to show that the flexible application of correlative verification is needed while estimating acoustic emission severity according to the level of concentrate location.
