Ultrasonic Testing of Nonmetal Slag Inclusion Property in Flange Neck in Use

  • 摘要: 针对在用法兰颈部非金属夹渣物的组织特点, 设计并自制了专业对比试块及非常规斜探头对法兰颈部进行检测, 制定了检测方案, 快速、准确及有效地完成了对法兰颈部非金属夹渣物的超声波检测。检测精度满足要求, 检测结果误差在允许范围内。
    Abstract: Aiming at the streamline direction and the organization characteristic of nonmetal slag inclusion in the flange neck in use, the ultrasonic testing of nonmetal slag inclusion in the flange neck was performed by using homemade professional comparison test block and unconventional oblique probe, enabling the special detecting scheme to be completed quickly, accurately and effectively. The detection precision meets the requirements, the detection results of the error is in the allowable range. Testing has a guiding significance to the similar problem.
