Positional Error in Ultrasonic Testing of Stainless Clad Plate Butt Welds

摘要: 通过对超声横波在不锈钢复合钢板中传播时产生的定位误差进行分析,得出复合板对接焊缝超声波检测时的定位误差补偿规律, 给出了定位误差的补偿方法, 并对复合板对接焊缝表面缺陷和内部缺陷进行定位误差补偿比对试验, 从而总结出一种操作简便、缺陷定位较准确的复合板对接焊缝超声波检测方法。Abstract: Through the analysis of positional error during ultrasonic shear wave propagation in the clad steel plate′s butt welds, conclusions were drawn for the ultrasonic testing′s positional error compensation rules and the positional error compensation method was also given. Comparison tests of positional error compensation have been done for the surface defects and internal defects in the clad steel plate′s butt welds. An ultrasonic detection method of simple operation and accurate defect locating was summarized for the clad steel plate's butt welds.
