The Accuracy of Defect Measurement by Eddy Current Testing for Horizontal Steam Generator Tubes

摘要: 分析了卧式蒸汽发生器传热管缺陷产生的原因, 通过对含应力腐蚀缺陷传热管的涡流检测结果与缺陷解剖结果对比, 分析了涡流检测误差产生的原因, 总结出缺陷特性对测量结果的影响规律, 为提高涡流检测信号的准确性提供依据。Abstract: The defect mechanism in horizontal steam generator tubes was analyzed, and the results of stress corrosion defects in the tube obtained by eddy current testing and metallographic analysis were compared. Furthermore, the reason of error due to eddy current testing was analyzed. The regularity of effect of different defect characters on testing results is presented.
