Wood Defect Inspection by Drilling Resistance Method

  • 摘要: 介绍了利用钻入阻抗法对木材缺陷检测的基本原理, 给出了不同类型缺陷下的典型阻力曲线形式, 提出了木构件检测的一般规定和缺陷评定方法, 确定了用于木材阻力仪精度校核的标准木, 并规定了采用标准木进行仪器校准的基本方法, 为规范钻入阻抗法进行木材缺陷检测提供了技术支撑。
    Abstract: The principle of inspection technique for wood defect by drilling resistance method was introduced and typical resistance graphs for different wood defects were presented. Basic instructions and defect evaluation method of the technique were proposed for timber structures. Reference wood and accuracy calibration method for the instrument were prescribed. Research results in the paper can provide necessary reference for standardizing the inspection technique for wood defect.
