    基于EMD和小波分解的管道泄漏声发射源定位

    The Location of Acoustic Emission Source of Pipeline Leakage Based on EMD and Wavelet Transform

    • 摘要: 由于管道泄漏声发射检测信号中含有大量噪声, 因此在一定程度上影响了泄漏源定位的精准度。针对这一问题, 首先将管道泄漏声发射信号进行经验模态分解(EMD), 然后对其中高频分量进行小波分解去噪, 保留有用的信号特征, 最后对有效分量进行重构得到去噪后的管道泄漏声发射信号, 并通过相关分析进行定位。结果表明: 相比单一的信号处理方法, 采用EMD和小波分解相结合的方法对声发射信号进行去噪重构, 并进行相关分析计算,得到的泄漏源定位更精确。

       

      Abstract: The enormous noise existing in the pipeline leakage acoustic emission detection would greatly influence the precision of localization of leakage sources. Aiming at this problem, this paper firstly used EMD to decompose the pipeline leakage acoustic emission signal. Then, the high frequency was de-noised by wavelet analysis in order to retain the useful signal. Finally, the useful signal was selected to reconstruct the acoustic emission signal and the leakage sources location was determined by correlation analysis. The experimental results showed that, compared with the single processing method, the location accuracy of the leakage detection was increased by using EMD and wavelet analysis.
