Numerical Simulation of Infrared Thermographic Inspection of the Lack of Thermal Insulation in Exterior Wall of Building

摘要: 介绍了红外热像法检测外墙外保温缺失的原理, 阐述了ANSYS有限元数值模拟的基本步骤, 并建立了自然状态下带保温缺失外墙的三维传热模型。通过红外热像试验,验证了该模型的可行性, 并结合保温缺失实际情况, 通过模拟分析了不同缺陷参数、墙体朝向、季节等多种组合条件下红外现场检测的最佳检测时间, 为质检部门现场检测热工缺陷提供参考。Abstract: The principle of detecting the lack of external thermal insulation of exterior wall by Infrared thermography was introduced, and the basic steps for ANSYS finite element numerical simulation was discussed. Three dimension heat transfer model of exterior wall which contained the lack of thermal insulation was established. The feasibility of the model was verified by infrared thermographic experiments. Considering the actual situation of the lack of thermal insulation, the optimal testing time of infrared detection in different conditions combined with defect parameters, orientation of wall and seasons was analyzed by numerical simulation, providing suggestions of detecting thermal irregularities for the quality control agencies.
