Ultrasonic Shear Wave Test Method of Steel Pipe in Axial Direction

摘要: 针对垂直于管轴的管内、外壁横向缺陷检测,超声检测教材与相关检测标准只介绍了用于灵敏度调节的对比试块,缺少扫描基线校准与超声横波斜探头K值测试的校准试块,致使钢管横向缺陷无法检测.利用等效试块的原理,论述了钢管横向缺陷检测时扫描基线校准与超声横波斜探头K值测试的方法.Abstract: With regard to the detection of tranverse flaws for the inside and outside walls perpendicular to pipe axis,ultrasonic test textbook and relevant test standard only describe the reference block of sensitivity adjustment and show the lack of the calibration block for scan baseline calibration and K value testing of ultrasonic shear wave angle probe,which results failing to detect the steel pipe tranverse defects.This article,by using the principle of equivalent test block,dissertates upon the methods for scan baseline calibration and K value testing of ultrasonic shear wave angle probe when the tranverse defect of steel pipe is tested.
