摘要: LNG(液化天然气)储罐罐体材料为06Ni9DR,由于该材料钢强度高,焊接性能很差,在运行过程中极易产生裂纹缺陷,需对其进行无损检测.介绍了如何识别06Ni9DR钢焊缝射线底片上的缺陷影像及伪缺陷影像,并对焊缝内部缺陷的成因进行了分析.Abstract: The paper introduces how to identify weld defect from films of 9Ni steel radiographic examinations and analyzes the formation cause of inner weld defects.
