    低周疲劳试样裂纹在线检测法

    The Method of On-Line NDT of Low Cycle Fatigue Specimen Cracks

    • 摘要: 分别采用长焦显微镜观测法、银涂层判别法、声发射检测法和应变片检测法四种方法在TC18钛合金试样低周疲劳试验中进行在线检测,通过对比初始裂纹和裂纹长度的检测效果,对于类似试样可采用应变片检测法检测初始裂纹,对裂纹长度要求精度不高时可采用长焦显微镜观测法测量裂纹长度,测量精度要求较高时可采用银涂层法.

       

      Abstract: The telephoto microscope observation method,silver coating method,acoustic emission technique and strain gauge test method have been used for on-line NDT in the low cycle fatigue test of TC18 titanium alloy specimens.Comparing the detection results of the initial crack and the crack length,it shows that the strain gauge test method should be used to detect the initial crack and the telephoto microscope observation method can be used to observe the crack length in low accuracy;otherwise,the silver coating method is the best choice.
