    核用锆合金棒材表面斜槽伤的超声检测

    Ultrasonic Testing for the Surface Angled Notch of Nuclear Zirconium Alloy Bar

    • 摘要: 针对核用锆合金棒材表面斜槽伤的超声检测要求,通过采用表面斜向槽伤作为人工伤,以控制偏离纵向和横向趋向的特殊方向缺陷,确定出相应的检测方法及检测工艺参数.结果表明:所确定的检验方法和检测工艺参数是合理的,可满足锆合金棒材斜槽伤的检测要求,达到保证产品质量的目的.

       

      Abstract: Based on the requirements of surface angled notch of nuclear zirconium alloy bars for ultrasonic testing,research and experiments were carried on in order to determine the corresponding inspection method and test process parameters.Production quantity test results showed that the identified testing method and testing technology parameters were appropriate,it can meet the testing requirements for the surface angle notch of zirconium alloy bars and achieve the intended product quality.
