Ultrasonic Creeping Wave Testing for the Wires and Small Bars

  • 摘要: 对爬波产生的有关波型和机理进行了分析,根据丝材和小棒材对超声波检测的要求,利用自行研制的线聚焦单晶片爬波探头,提出了一种丝材和小棒材的超声爬波检测方法;并且给出了不同材料和直径、不同位置和尺寸的人工和自然裂纹的丝材(直径不大于3 mm)和小棒材(直径不大于12 mm)的超声爬波检测的试验结果.结果表明,丝材和小棒材的超声爬波检测方法是可行和有效的.
    Abstract: Analysis and research on the wave type and mechanism of the creeping wave were made.According to the requirement of the wires and bars for the ultrasonic testing,self-developed creeping wave probe using line focus single chip was proposed for the ultrasonic creeping wave detection of wires and bars.Various results using creep wave ultrasound testing of wires (diameter less than 3 mm) and small bars (diameter not greater than 12 mm) of different materials with different locations and sizes of artificial and natural crack,respectively were given.The results show that the ultrasonic creeping wave detection method is feasible and effective.
