The Automatic X-Ray Detection of Cylinder Circular Welding

  • 摘要: 为解决某筒体环焊缝X射线双壁单影检测工艺中存在的检测灵敏度较低、检测速度较慢等缺点,研制了自动检测装置;运用该装置进行检测工作,减少了人工操作,提高了检测灵敏度和检测效率,降低了检测所需胶片的成本,取得了良好效果.
    Abstract: In order to solve the low detection sensitivity and slow detection speed of a cylinder circular welding by double wall single image X-ray detection technology,an automatic detection device was developed.The device could reduce the manual operation,improve the detection sensitivity and detection efficiency,reduce the cost of the detection film required,and achieve good results.
