Numerical Analysis of Electromagnetic Acoustic Emission

摘要: 电磁声发射检测技术是近年发展起来的一种无损检测新技术,该技术通过对被检测物体局部施加一个电磁场,使其产生声发射响应,从而对缺陷进行评价.建立了电磁声发射技术的有限元分析模型,通过使用ANSOFT Maxwell软件分析了电磁声发射技术的电流、电磁力和形变分布;并推导了洛伦兹力的分布,论证了涡流激励声发射的可行性.Abstract: Electromagnetic acoustic emission technique (EMAE) is a recently developed non-destructive test technique.This technique allows a structure to be loaded locally by applying an electromagnetic field in order to produce an AE response,which may be captured by conventional AE sensors.In this paper,the current,the electromagnetic force and the deformation of EMAE are analyzed using the finite element model and ANSOFT Maxwell of EMAE.The distribution of Lorentz force was deduced and the feasibility of acoustic emission induced by eddy current was demonstrated.
