Magnetic Particle Inspection of Circumferential Defects Internal Surface of Cylindrical Part

  • 摘要: 针对磁粉检测中传统线圈法检查筒形零件内表面圆周方向缺陷时存在灵敏度不高、易漏检等问题,简要阐述了运用传统线圈法、直接通电法、单线圈感应电流法及磁轭法等方法,在检测筒型零件内表面圆周方向缺陷存在的不足,提出了适用于检测筒形零件内外表面圆周方向缺陷的双线圈感应电流检测的新方法,较好地解决了该类零件磁粉检测问题.
    Abstract: In view of the low sensitivity and leakiness in the traditional electromagnetic coil inspection of internal surface of cylindrical part,this article briefly reviews the insufficiency of electromagnetic coil inspection,vertical current flow method,one coil magnetization induced current method and yoke method.Therefore,the appropriate methods applicable for detecting circumferential defects of cylindrical parts by using double coil induction current were proposed,which could better solve this kind of problem.
