Eddy Current Testing for Influence Factors of the MBM′s Amplitude on Steam Generator Tubes

  • 摘要: 在传热管管材制造过程中,由于表面轻微打磨造成的加工打磨痕迹会影响涡流检验显示信号.在实际的蒸汽发生器传热管涡流检测中发现,加工打磨痕迹信号幅值的大小受不同涡流检查设备配置的影响,对涡流信号的数据分析造成较大的影响,通过理论分析及试验分析了影响加工打磨痕迹信号幅值的因素,通过统计找出各影响因素的变化规律,以便应用于工程实践中.
    Abstract: Manufacturing burnish-mark (MBM) caused by the slight polishing on the out surface of the steam generator tubes during manufacturing process is to affect the eddy current signal.It is discovered during eddy current test that MBM related signal amplitude is affected by different configurations of the eddy current instruments.This paper mainly studies the influence factors of MBM signal amplitude based on experiments and theoretical analysis,and it also aims to find out the corresponding relationship and proposes the method for eliminating these factors.
