    管体颤动对小径薄壁钛管超声检测稳定性的影响

    Influence of Flutter on Stability of Ultrasonic Inspection of Small Diameter Thin Walled Titanium Tube

    • 摘要: 针对小径薄壁钛管管体较大颤动导致超声检测可靠性大大降低的现象,对5支外壁刻有U型人工缺陷并经过计量的钛管进行超声检测试验.结果表明:只要管材相对于探头的位置变化量不超过一定范围,就可以保持探伤灵敏度相对稳定;给出的该变化量的计算公式、试验方法和试验数据,对同行技术人员具有较好的指导作用.

       

      Abstract: In view of the phenomenon that larger vibration amplitude results in a highly reduced UT reliability about thin Wall and small diameter Ti Tubes and based on study and experimentation,it′s proved that if position variation of the tube as related to probe position does not exceed certain range,UT detection sensitivity will remain relatively stable.The paper provides the varying quantity information related to formula calculation& experiment method and experiment datas,The actual application result proves that the method is effective and easy to realize.
