Effect of Defect Gradient on Ultrasonicguided Wave′s Propagation in Flat Strap

  • 摘要: 通过改变扁钢缺陷坡度,探究缺陷坡度对SH0波在变电站接地网扁钢中传播的影响,超声检测结果表明:缺陷坡度对接收信号的强度影响较大,坡度越小,接收信号强度越弱,甚至消失在噪声信号中.这主要是因为不同深度缺陷的波发生反射时波程和相位不同,会导致波的干涉叠加,削弱反射信号的强度.
    Abstract: This paper explores the effect of defect gradient on ultrasonic guided-wave′s propagation in flat strap.Ultrasonic testing results show that the defect gradient has great influence on the strength of received signal.The smaller the gradient is,the weaker the received signal strength is,and the signal can be as weak as it cannot be distinguished from the noise.This is mainly because the reflected waves in different depth own different phases,which leads to wave superposition and weakens the intensity of reflected signal.
