    磁记忆技术在氢致开裂性能评价中的应用

    Application of the Magnetic Memory Technology in Hydrogen-Induced Cracking Test

    • 摘要: 材料抗氢致开裂性能评价体系中对试验后试样的检测面位置有明确的规定,但氢致裂纹不一定只存在于规定的检测面上,这就导致评价结果的科学性存在疑问.采用磁检测仪对腐蚀试样进行检测,并在磁信号异常部位切取检测面,制备金相试样,观察该检测面是否存在氢致裂纹.结果表明:磁记忆检测技术可以有效提高氢致裂纹的检出率,能够更加客观地评价材料抗氢致开裂性能.

       

      Abstract: The detection faces of specimens after corrosion test are clearly defined in hydrogen-induced cracking test.But there are doubts about that whether the cracks present in the detected faces.The lack of the evaluation system of the hydrogen-induced cracking test methods were discussed.Exposed test specimens were detected by using metal magnetic memory detector.Each test specimen was sectioned for examination in the magnetic signal abnormal parts.The results show that more cracks are detected by using magnetic memory technology,the resistance to hydrogen-induced cracking of materials can be evaluated more objective.
