    超声检测用钨合金棒材试块设计

    The Test Block Design to Tungsten Alloy Bars

    • 摘要: 根据小直径钨合金棒材超声检测要求,分析了棒材成型工艺过程中可能产生的缺陷类型,结合超声检测工艺和检测质量要求,设计了超声检测用对比试块,通过理论计算对试块中不同反射体进行合理布局.结果表明,该试块同时实现了对超声水浸纵波和折射横波的灵敏度调节,适用范围覆盖了标准中钨合金棒材的所有尺寸,功能性和便利性均满足了产品检测要求.

       

      Abstract: According to the testing requirement of small diameter tungsten alloy bar,the ultrasonic test block is designed after analyzing the possible defect type in bar molding technology and combining ultrasonic testing technology with testing quality requirement.And different reflectors in test block are distributed reasonably by theoretically calculating result.The used results show that the test block realizes sensitivity adjusting functions of ultrasonic immersion longitudinal wave and refraction transverse wave at the same time,and its applying range includes all dimensions of the tungsten alloy bar,and its function and advantage satisfy the requirement of products test.
