Eddy Current Testing of Titanium Alloy Wavy Tube

摘要: 介绍了钛合金管材涡流检测标准以及标准样管和试验样管的设计特点,对钛合金波纹管的检测难点进行了分析.对钛合金波纹管进行了大量试验,结果表明:钛合金波纹管检测时应使用内穿式涡流探头,且使用内穿式涡流检测法可检测出直径为0.7 mm及以上的通孔缺陷,对于直径小于0.7 mm的通孔缺陷因弯管信号的影响而难于检出,检测所使用的方法和技术可以达到国标GB/T 12969.2中规定的要求.Abstract: This article introduces testing standard of titanium alloy pipe and design characteristics of standard pipe and testing pipe,analyzes the difficulty faced by testing titanium alloy wavy pipe,and it also puts forward key points in choosing eddy current testing facility and probe.According to experimental test results,some criterions and suggestions for enhancing titanium alloy wavy pipe testing quality were put forward.
