精铸钢件加工过程中缺陷的磁粉检测

Magnetic Particle Testing of Defects of the In-processing Casting Steel

摘要: 精铸钢件在毛坯件加工成型后及后续加工中均可能产生缺陷,通过磁粉检测并结合精铸钢件机械加工工艺方法,分析缺陷产生的时间(哪道工序)、部位及性质.结果表明:由于铸造零件热处理工艺及加工工艺落后造成零件成品率较低,可以对零件铸造及机械加工工艺进行改进.

Abstract: Small castings are likely to subject with defects in casting molding and following\|up processing.Based on the magnetic particle testing and combined with mechanical parts processing,the time of defect occurring (which process),its location and nature are analyzed,providing reference for the improvement of casting parts and machining process.
