Ultrasonic Testing Method Based on Signals′ Phase Changes for the Bonding Quality of Coated Layer on Pipeline

摘要: 针对管道补口防腐层超声检测信号的相位特征进行了理论分析,阐述了脉冲回波信号的相位与管道补口防腐层粘接好坏的关系,并且采用超声脉冲回波法对管道补口防腐层试样进行了检测试验.结果表明:通过分析脉冲回波信号的相位变化,能够对补口防腐层的粘接品质和可能存在的粘接缺陷类型进行有效的评价.Abstract: This paper analyzes the ultrasonic testing signals phase positions of coated layer on pipeline,and shows the internal relations between the bonding quality of coated anticorrosive layer and phase changes of pulse-echo signals′.Then some tests were made on coated anticorrosive layer specimen using the ultrasonic pulse-echo testing method.The results show that the phase changes of pulse-echo signals can be used to evaluate the bonding quality and the types of defects existing in the coated anticorrosive layer on pipeline.
