摘要: 某航空发动机三支点轴承件因内部锻造缺陷导致内圈金属轨道脱落.通过对该轴承件的结构分析与相关试验得出:需要相关的检测技术及相应的验收标准参考,并采用特殊的探头和试块,使用高灵敏度的水浸超声聚焦检测技术,可以保证有效地检测出轴承件内部的锻造缺陷.Abstract: The internal defects of three pivot bearings in aero engine shall lead to inner metal rail off.Through the analysis of the structure of the bearing member and the related experiments it was found that the testing of the bearings needed for corresponding detection technique and reference to acceptance criteria.Using a special probe and test block,and using ultrasonic immersion focusing detection technology of high sensitivity can effectively guarantee the detection of defects in the inner portion of the bearing member.
