The Application of Ray Testing in the Welded Parts of Complex Structure

  • 摘要: 分析了电子束焊的加工工艺特点及生产过程中可能产生的缺陷;通过对比源在外透照和源在内周向透照的两种射线透照工艺,最终确定了最优射线检测工艺——周向分区透照,确保了产品质量并提高了检测效率.
    Abstract: Due to the processing characteristics of electron beam weld,it shall produce defects in the production process.Through the comparison of two radiographic testing procedures of the source being locating outside and inside the ring work pieces,respectively,the optimal X-ray detection technology—the circumferential partition irradiating was concluded which could ensure product quality and maximize the efficiency of detection.
