影响蜂窝结构激光错位散斑检测灵敏度的参数
Influencing Parameters of Laser Shearography Detection Sensitivity of Honeycomb Sandwich Construction

摘要: 简述了激光错位散斑检测系统的原理,结合卫星用蜂窝结构的特点,设计和制作了蜂窝结构预埋缺陷试样,并对其进行激光错位散斑检测试验,分析不同检测参数对脱粘缺陷检测灵敏度的影响.结果表明:影响蜂窝结构激光错位散斑检测灵敏度的参数主要包括错位大小、错位方向、加载时间和一次检测范围.对影响蜂窝结构激光错位散斑检测灵敏度的参数进行优化设置,对预埋缺陷试样进行检测,激光错位散斑检测脱粘缺陷的检测灵敏度可达10 mm面积大小.Abstract: This paper described the laser shearography detection system.Combined with the characteristics of satellite with honeycomb sandwich construction,the honeycomb sandwich construction sample which contained prescient defects were designed and made,and experimental researched on the Laser shearography detection method of the honeycomb sandwich construction sample was carried out.Influence of different parameters to the detection sensitivity of debonding defects was analyzed.The results showed that the primary parameters which influenced the detection sensitivity of laser shearography detection included shear length,shear direction,loading time and detection range.Optimized parameters were employed to detect the prescient defects sample.The results showed that the detection sensitivity of debonding defects by laser shearography has been up to 10 mm diameter size.
