Hollow Turbine Blade Wall Thickness Measurement Based on Industrial CT Images

  • 摘要: 基于工业CT图像的空心涡轮叶片壁厚测量,除受CT图像质量的影响外,使用不同的测量方法,测量结果也会有差异,目前常用的壁厚测量方法主要有基于灰度值变化曲线的半高法和基于图像分割的半自动测量法.设计了两种规格的人工试块,对它们进行工业CT成像检测,使用半高法和半自动测量法对CT图像进行壁厚测量并分析.结果表明:半高法和半自动测量法都能得到较为准确的壁厚尺寸数据,但是半自动测量法的效率高于半高法.
    Abstract: The measurement of hollow turbine blade wall thickness based on industrial CT images is affected not only by the quality of CT image,but also by the applied methods which shall also result in different outcomes.At present the commonly used wall thickness measurement method is the half-height method based on gray value change curves and the semi automatic measuring method based on image segmentation.Artificial test blocks of two specifications were designed and tested by industrial CT,and the half height method and semi automatic measurement of wall thickness were conducted to measure the wall thickness and the related results were analyzed.The results show that the half height method and semi automatic measurement method can get more accurate wall thickness data,but the efficiency of semi automatic measurement method is higher than that of half height method.
