Standard Evaluation on Qualification and Certification of NDT Personnel in Civil Aviation

In the paper, the differences and characteristics of standards for qualification and certification of NDT personnel of China civil aviation as compared with other related domestic and foreign standards. Employer certification system and Body certification system were respectively presented, compared and evaluated. Due to referring to the two kinds of certification system and providing a more detailed requirements and responsibilities of management in the NDT personnel training, examination and recertification, MH/T3001 standards is considered to be scientific and reasonable as the NDT personnel qualification and certification standard in China civil aviation industry.
