The Multi-channel Ultrasonic Testing System Based on Computer Control

The multi-channel ultrasonic testing system consists of PC cards, focus probes and machine system. The A, B, C scan and data processing, quantitative analysis can be realized. Virtual instrument, signal and image processing technology are introduced for ultrasonic testing, the range of applicability for traditional ultrasonic testing is hence extended. The ultrasonic imaging is scanned by multi-channel. The improvement includes test efficiency, precision and adjustment parameters.
