In order to improve next to the large diameter of pipe welding quality and to aim at the welding process characteristics of next to the large-diameter welded pipe, the appropriate radiographic process and technical parameters were selected for 100% film radiographic inspection of next to the large diameter welded pipe butt joint welding defects, and the welded defects types, locations and the formation reasons were analyzed.
