Large-Sized Vessel Detection Realized by Connecting AE Units

In the detecting of large-sized vessel, because of lack of acoustic emission channels, the manner connecting AE units was adopted. According to the location principle, the number of channels was calculated. The different version AE units of the same manufacture were connected as one unit. The detecting result combining with vessel configuration and using condition were analyzed. Thus it can be seen that connecting AE units to detect large-sized vessel is feasible, and the detecting effect is ideal.
