Discussion on Acceptance Levels of Ultrasonic Testing of Welds in Standard GB/T29712

The standard is the one of the new version national standards of ultrasonic testing of welds, whose main content is evaluation of acceptance levels. The paper describes the difference of the acceptance requirement of the two standards, states the new acceptance evaluation rules in GB/T 29712, inductive the assessment sequence of the standard of GB/T 29712. All will be a beneficial reference to help NDT inspectors to use GB/T 29712 correctively.
