The Influence of Mechanical Joint on UT Reflected Signal under Different Pressure

Interference fit is common structure in mechanical system, but whether the magnitude of interference satisfies the requirement for a product is not clear. This paper researched on the relationship between mechanical joint and UTs reflected signal under different pressure, and concluded that the test method of interference fit bonding quality by using ultrasonic inspection method was feasible.
