The Definition of Grass Echo in UT for Forging of Hydrogenation Reactor

A criteria value of 6 dB for grass echo indications was proposed, the determination method for grass indications was presented and the principle for the judgment of grass indications from clustered indications was given. The theoretical basis for testing was also stated. The actual test results showed that this method was applicable.
