    Frequency Optimization of Eddy Current Testing for 304 Austenitic Stainless Steel

    • This article firstly discourses status quo and shortcomings of the detection of the austenitic stainless steel pressure vessel, and then analyzes the advantage of eddy current testing relative to other nondestructive testing methods. Through the selection of detection frequencies for different specifications grooves of the test piece and the combination with the results of the characteristic frequency and frequency simulation analysis method, the best operating frequencies of the actual significance were obtained.
